Board and Committee Minutes Board of Directors: The Board of Directors has 14 members. Included are the Directors of each of the seven houses, five Board Representatives (one each from Taos, Pearl, Laurel, Halstead, and 21st), and two Community Board Representatives. PFF&D: The Planning, Finance, Facilities, and Development Committee has 7 members. Included are at least three members of the Board representing their different houses. (One Subcommittee Representative from houses not represented by a Board member) MEM: The Membership, Education, and Marketing Committee has 7 members. Included are at least three members of the Board representing their different houses. (One Subcommittee Representative from houses not represented by a Board member) MOO: The Management, Operations, Organization Committee has 7 members.
