When is rent due? Rent is due the 1st of the month. After 6:00PM on the 5th, a $15 late fee is added to your account. After 6:00PM on the 12th, another $15 late fee is added to your account and an eviction notice is posted on your door. If you are having financial difficulties, come talk to Terrie about getting on a payment plan, which can be done once a semester. |
